Data controller

Adam Jalal, a private individual who leads the Exactis project (no company has been registered yet). Contact: adam@exactis.pro.

Data processed

  • The emails you send me from the website: your email address, your name and any information you choose to include (company, role, availability).
  • The host's technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. Vercel produces them to run and secure the website.

The Playground

The files you drop into the Playground are analysed locally, in your browser. They are neither sent to a server nor stored: the report is produced on your device and you download it yourself. Closing or reloading the page clears the analysis.

Purposes and legal basis

Emails are used only to answer your demo and pilot requests. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in answering the messages received, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Technical logs rely on the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.

Retention period

  • Emails: 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Technical logs: period set by the host.

Recipients and processors

  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting. Vercel is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Union.
  • OVH SAS (France): hosting of the adam@exactis.pro mailbox.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

Cookies

This website uses no audience-measurement or advertising cookies.

It only stores in your browser (local storage) your light or dark theme choice. This information is not transmitted.

Your rights
