Drop an export of confirmations or movements (SAP, MES, Excel) as CSV, TSV, delimited TXT, XLSX or XLS. Every line is read and checked: document and item duplicates, invalid dates and quantities, ambiguous decimal separators, empty orders, zero quantities to check, plant spelling variants. Nothing is invented or replaced.
Reconcile with the ERP item master, under your control
References are compared with your ERP item master. Only exact matches are validated automatically. For the rest, Exactis ranks candidates by string similarity and suggests the closest one; you accept or exclude it. Until every anomaly is resolved, the report cannot be marked complete; it flags each remaining anomaly and records every decision.
