Your production data is sensitive. Here is exactly what Exactis does, and does not do, with your files.
In the Playground, today
Your files are analysed in your browser. They are never sent to a server.
Nothing is stored: no account, no database. Closing the page erases everything.
Once the page has loaded, the analysis works even without an internet connection.
No audience-measurement tool and no advertising tracker.
Encrypted connections (HTTPS) and strict security headers: the website can only communicate with its own domain.
Check it yourself
Open your browser's developer tools, Network tab, then import one of your files into the Playground: no request carries your data. You can also cut your connection once the page has loaded, then import a file and run the analysis.
Only the “Try with the example” button downloads files, and those are the two fictitious demo files, served by exactis.pro.
For a pilot
Columns containing personal data (operators, employee IDs) can be anonymised before any exchange.
Real exports are only processed on the user's own computer, in their browser.
Roadmap
Not available today.
- Deployment in the customer's environment (on its own servers or in its own cloud): the data never leaves the plant.
- Single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access rights.
- Audit log of every matching decision.
